DVB is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team!
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and manage subcontractors
Maintain a safe work site by implementing safety requirements and good housekeeping regulations, enforcing safe work habits, observing OSHA requirements
Plan, direct, and implement project scheduling
Maintain compliance with all applicable building codes and verification of construction inspections and testing process
Service-minded heart to provide the highest level of customer experience for our clients and subcontractors
Work with company leadership to meet overall business objectives
Ensure quality assurance and quality control programs
Work with project team to achieve overall project success
What We’re Looking For
5-10 years of experience in construction supervisory role
Proficient in reading blueprints (Civil, Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical)
Demonstrated ability as a self-starting, tenacious, and resourceful, professional
Understand construction project schedules and budgets
Proficient in use of technology
Experience using creativity to find solutions to challenges
Demonstrated ability to be flexible, navigating change
